WHERE DO I PURCHASE A STREAMING TICKET?
To purchase streaming access, please click here. You may purchase access anytime before 7:00pm ET on March 7.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE STREAMING LINK?
Anyone who’s purchased tickets prior to February 28 will receive an email confirming your purchase and a second email with the Vimeo link on the morning of February 28, and will have access through 11:59 pm Eastern Time on Saturday, March 7.
If purchased on or after February 28, you will automatically receive the Vimeo link in your automated confirmation email, and will have access to the video until 11:59 pm Eastern Time on Saturday, March 7.
DO I HAVE TO VIEW IT ALL AT ONCE?
No, you do not have to view the performance all at once. You may watch the stream as many times as you wish between February 28th and March 7th.
The performance will no longer be available to stream after 11:59pm ET on March 7th, even if you purchase that day.
CAN I SHARE THE VIDEO WITH FRIENDS?
No, the streaming link is only for the person who purchased access. Please do not share, post, or distribute the streaming link and/or password. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you have friends who you believe would enjoy the show, please send them the purchase link and we’ll be thrilled to send them their own viewing link and password.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’M EXPERIENCING CONNECTION ISSUES?
Your video may need a minute to load and/or buffer. If the stream is not playing continuously, try pausing it for a few minutes and allowing it to pre-load more of the performance.
Connection issues may be related to your browser settings, internet bandwidth, or it’s a device-specific issue.
While we are not be able to troubleshoot your specific hardware, we have recommendations that often help:
- Pause the video to allow it to load more fully.
- Make sure you have the most updated version of your browser
- Try switching to a completely different browser (Chrome v. Safari etc)
- Restart your wifi.
- Try watching on a different device.
