Cynthia Hopkins, writer, composer and performer of the acclaimed “Accidental Trilogy” at St. Ann’s Warehouse, brought her singular style to Soho Rep for THE TRUTH: A TRAGEDY. With song, dance and text, she weaved real and fictional narratives leading us into an engrossing and funny multi-faceted world–literally transforming the theater into a living museum of oddities and artifacts from one man’s life nearing its end.
Directed by D.J. Mendel, Design by Jeff Sugg, Choreography by Faye Driscoll.
THE TRUTH: A TRAGEDY was a co-commission with Les Subsistances Lyons, France.
