Language and Thought in THE TRUTH: A TRAGEDY

How and why do we use language?
What do words mean for someone who has a neurological disorder?
Why do we remember the things we remember?

FEED presents a wry video by Cynthia Hopkins and her director, DJ Mendel. This clip muses on the themes of language and memory, both are subjects that are deep at the core of THE TRUTH: A TRAGEDY.

In this teaser, we find Cynthia chatting to her father about playing Willy Loman in a production of Death of a Salesman from many years ago. Her father’s responses are surprising.*

*(‘Cheese’ really is a line from the play!)
